Yes, it includes the necessary hardware to secure your micro red dot optic to the plate. You will use the factory screws to attach the plate itself to your Glock slide.
Is the rear sight dovetail retained with this plate?
No. This is a slide cover plate, not an optic mounting plate with an integrated rear sight. It replaces the entire factory rear sight assembly. You will need a red dot sight for primary aiming.
Will this work with a Glock 19 MOS slide?
No. This plate is designed for standard, non-MOS Glock slides that use the rear sight dovetail for the cover plate. For MOS models, you need a different adapter plate that interfaces with the MOS cutout.
